Installation:
Bulk Loading:
1.Remove plug from hole in head cap and insert gun filler valve.Make sure valve is the type that fits the adapter on the pump.
2.Coupl the filler valve to the adapter by pushing in ＆ rotating slightly.
3.Hold the gun finnly to the pump and operate the pump handle.As the grease is pumped into the gun barrdl,the plunger handle will be exlanded.Watch carefully,and when the groov in the rod becomes visible.the gun is full.Do not pump beyond this point as the grease may bypass the plunger.
4.A slight twist of the fun will unlatch it from the pump.Push the plunger rod back into the gun.
OZ.Grease Cartridge Loading:
1.Remove the gun head from the container tube.
2.Draw back the plunger handle entirely.
3.Insert open end of cartridge into container tube and push all the way in.Remove the seal or pull tab end from the cartridge.
4.Reassemble the gun head to the container tube.Press the catch plate and release the piston rod.Pull down the plunger handle.
5.Draw back plunger rod fully and rclcasc quickly.Repeat 2 or 3 times.This will help exert force to move the rubber ring to enter cartirdge.Which is essential for a grease gun to work.Push plunger rod all the way in.Tighten the head to the barrel.
6.Your grease gunis ready touse.It is important that you extend gun handle fully for each pumping movement.
7.If your gun fails to work.It is due to air packes in the gun.To remove the air,unscrew the gun head 1 to 1/2 turns and repeat steps 6 and 7.

Suction Filling:
1.Remove the gunhead from the barrel.
2.Submerge open end of the barrdl into grease bucket.Hold the barrel firmly and draw back slowly on the plunger handle.Make sure the end of the barrel is always submerged to that air is not sucked into the barrel.
3.When the barrel is full the rod groov will appear so that it can be looked into the slot in the cap.
4.Replace the gun head on the barrel and disengage the plunger rod from the locked position.
